Admission Process
Once a patient expresses their interest in enlisting for treatment, they are contacted by a member from our admissions team. The member conducts a pre-admission assessment to gather information about the symptoms, substances used, dual diagnosis, mental disorder, and other relevant parameters. This information is used by the medical team to design a personalized treatment plan for the patient.
The admission specialist sets a mutually agreeable admit date for the patient to start treatment. The patient presents themselves on this date at the facility to commence treatment.
The intake coordinators welcome the patient on the set admit date and take them through the rules and regulations, walk them through their treatment plan and introduce them to their assigned medical team.
